Impact Crusher-HS Series
The crushing action in an Impact Crusher is achieved through the rotation and turning of the rotor. These crushers are designed for crushing riverine or mountain materials and are manufactured in sizes ranging from 10 to 15 cm.
The Impact Crusher consists of a rotor with four rows of hammer blades, each weighing 185 kg, which rotate at high speed. These blades direct all materials and stones into the crusher. The crushing process occurs through the impact of the thrown stones and the rotation of the rotor and hammers.
In this type of crusher, the grading of the output product is controlled by an adjustable regulation system. These crushers are manufactured in two types: hydraulic (with jack) and simple, available in HS models with different capacities of 120, 180, 240, and 300 tons per hour.
The Impact Crusher model HS10, due to its structural design, is an excellent choice for producing standard materials used in asphalt and concrete. It is equipped with a 90 kW electric motor and comes with a separate chassis.
