Tertiary Impact Crusher-(TIC)

A tertiary crusher is a type of crusher used to process material that has already been through primary and secondary crushers. Tertiary crushers are typically used in the aggregate industry for crushing material after it has been processed by a primary and secondary crusher.
Tertiary impact crushers are used in the third crushing stage for processing the return of soft and medium-hard materials and to obtain a high ratio of crushed sand. Due to their specially designed internal geometry, they produce a much higher percentage of fine product compared to other crushers. The dimension of the final crushed product can be somewhat controlled by means of the adjustable breaking bars.
These crushers, which are produced in several different sizes, are driven by an electric motor via a V-belt and pulley.
