Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher -(VSI)

The VSI 900 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher has a high sand production ratio and produces cubic-shaped materials. It produces 0.5mm sand and gravel by breaking all kinds of medium-sized hard materials.
The basic working principle is that the feeding material is crushed by impact, either by hitting the wall or the surrounding anvils, which are part of the stator lining formed by stones.
The highly advanced and efficient rotor is a 3-port model, developed through many years of experience. The rotor’s diameter and height contribute to efficient crushing with low power consumption.
The VSI consists of only a few wear parts, which reduces downtime and stockholding costs. The rotor and wear parts are continuously being developed to meet our customers’ applications and needs. Different types of wear parts are available depending on the material to be crushed.
